Outcomes of the activity

I can only tell by the feedback of the participants that it has been a success. In the goal recheck at the end of the day, all participants put their goal on a scale from 0%-100% on a higher stage than before.
And some participants started training on other workshops by themselves

I worked on this training for 4 + 1 pre meeting day days as a full time trainer.
