Aims & objectives

Support 3 target groups to support each other and copperate within the Youth programme, open up the local community to other cultures, combination of resources of young people, NGOs and public sector

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

1 representative of each sub-target group - young person, youth worker, representative of public sector representing 10 countries

Training methods used & main activities

nonformal education (energizers, discussion, work in different size groups, presentation, role games, open space, reflection, evaluation, activities witin local community, etc.)

Outcomes of the activity

project proposal, SWOT analysis, research about different targets and sectors in participants countries, ideas to cooperate and combine resources of this 3 groups/sectors, international projects eveloped and implemented
