* Training young volunteers who contribute to the online magazine cafebabel.com. The training session delved into volunteer management, project planning, social media and active citizenship.

Participants from various European countries who contribute to the online magazine cafebabel.com. They also act as multipliers on the local level or run their local cafebabel writing groups.

Participants created local, national and international projects involving volunteers.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

- I was the guest trainer, covering how to recruit volunteers and how to manage them and international project management (how to plan and deliver a successful project).

I worked on this training for 2 days as a full time trainer.
