PRISMA EU10 Seminar. Level up youth work

Aims & objectives

With members in Europe, Eastern
Partnership countries, North Africa and
the Middle East, PRISMA gathers active
organizations in the youth field that are
committed to developing qualitative youth
work at an international level by taking advantage
of the new media technologies.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group included 19 NGOs from Europe to build partnerships and establish international cooperation. Partner countries: Romania, Spain, Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Finland, Estonia, Italy, Croatia, Austria, North Macedonia.

Training methods used & main activities

Fоllоwing a nоn-fоrmal educatiоn apprоach, the activities were based оn methods that promote active participation from the group, such as debates and discussions, world cafes, thematic workshops for digital and creative techniques, experiential learning, performance and practical outputs.

Outcomes of the activity

Get to know PRISMA network, establish long-term collaboration between partners, share best practices between youth workers and establish follow up plans to level up youth work.
