The overall aim and specific objectives of the project:
Explore Educational Games as a powerful methodology with broad potential from the experiential, pedagogical, and social point of view, to youth workers who work with young people at risk of social exclusion.
Provide youth workers with practical skills in designing, implementing, and facilitating Educational Games adapted to their work with young people at risk of social exclusion aiming.
Create a high-quality educational game on social inclusion in the frame of non-formal education.
Main contents and activities of the project:
“improve the competencies linked to the professional profile” of youth workers by providing innovative tools for designing better educational games. This goal will promote a “better quality of their work and activities in favor of students, trainees, young people, and volunteers”.
The project was hosted by Euro-Mediterranean Music Academy for Peace, and implemented in cooperation withArabisch Deutsches Center für Dialog - WASLA

“Educational Games For Social Inclusion” compilation booklet, Inclusive Educational Games created and tested by the participants, and shared with organizations and youth workers working for the empowerment, and social inclusion of youth at risk of facing social exclusion.
-Prepared and delivered sessions on Experiential learning, game architecture, and game creation.
-Facilitated the welcome on board session, training handbook creation activity, and team building exercises.
