Training methods used & main activities

I used creative methods like gamification (addressing conflict management and stereotypes discrimination) when using Typecast card game and making part of the facilitation of Mission Z, board-game; empathy using theatrical techniques for body expression and group bonding and understanding.

Outcomes of the activity

The main outcome of the activities where the raising awareness towards the depth and complexity of the term 'conflict', how we sometimes participate in the sources of conflict and different ways to tackle different kinds of conflict situations.
By playing games with a meaning, participants could understand in the end the purpose of the activities and learn the lesson embedded in the games being played.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role included all sorts of activities, the team of trainers were always supporting all activities whether it was me or other trainer facilitating.
Some activities like Typecast I took more responsibility for the facilitation of the activity in others like Mission Z, I took a supporting role before, during and after the activity.
The main and more important aspect of my tasks and responsibilities where the planning, designing and implementation of different aspects of the workshop.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
