Aims & objectives

1. Gain knowledge, skills and competencies on non-formal education and inclusion methods of disadvantaged groups;
2. Raze awareness and commitment to tackle inclusion problems of disadvantaged groups
3. Share the best practices in the sphere of youth work
4. Promote the cooperation in the youth field

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

30 participants : volunteers, trainers and social workers, representing a mixed group of youth workers and youth with fewer opportunities, from 6 different countries (Portugal, Moldova, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Italy) .

Training methods used & main activities

The project activities are based on non-formal education approaches, mainly on learning by doing and self experiential way and will not provide you with academic knowledge. Its success depends on the active participation of everybody present.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants got a wider understanding on regards to the non formal education, learn new inclusion methods and youth initiatives, as well as share the youth practices, thus enriching their knowledge, skills and competencies in this field.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Full-time trainer, working in active collaboration in every stage of the project, design, preparation of the activity program taking in consideration the participants individual and learning needs, implementation of the activities, evaluation and final report of the activity

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
