Aims & objectives

The main aim of the training course is to train participants from different background and give them the capacity to use non formal education, like a tool to be active in community, and promote minority (national, religion, traditional, sexual, skin color etc.) like a richness. -To train how to respect cultural diversity together with the fight against racism and xenophobia, prejudice, marginalization, as well as developing of skills to be active, in prepare and launching new quality projects, both under the framework of the YiA Programme and in the local level (other programme).
- To improve and to contribute to a high quality implementation of YiA Programme projects.
- To give participant’s tool for transferring of knowledge and experience acquired during the training at local level, in order to involve and aware the young people a special Minority, they are working with in their local environment.
- To enforce old and establish new international partnerships in order to develop new projects under framework of YiA Programme and to give access to all young people, including young people with fewer opportunities a special representative of minority, to the Youth in Action Programme (example Roma).

Training methods used & main activities

Project activities will increase level of knowledge and skills of youth trough non formal approach of learning. All partners are working with young people with fewer opportunities (representative of Minority), with different social and economical background. Also we have external speaker for 02. October International Day of Non-Violence and we will organize marking of this date.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants will return home with more skills, competence and knowledge about how to respect difference and be active citizen, also to use mediation, performance and theatre as alternative tools for inclusion of Minority youth and about project making process with focus on the use of YiA Programme and some local resource.
Impact will be and on the personal level, Intercultural process which will be going on during the activity will influence participants.
