Participants of this module will be challenged to re-think and reflect on the current public image of their organizations in order to improve it by developing a strategy for its communication. This strategy would serve as a platform for building their public image but as well as for rising their potential and capacity for establishing cooperation and partnership with various stakeholders. Therefore, workshops and exercises scheduled for this module would improve their analytical skills, organizational and communication capacities, and overall understanding on the nature and importance of collaboration. This is especially important and valuable for small and local NGO’s that could improve their overall impact and results visibility by developing and applying such a strategy.
This was regional training for NGO representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, and Kosovo.
