TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

The training course aims to empower youth workers, youth leaders, mentors, members, volunteers to use improvisational theatre as an innovative tool to increase the sense of youth entrepreneurship.
The objectives of the course are:
● to improve the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship of youth workers
● increase the capacity of youth workers by enriching their working methods with improvisational theatre
● develop future projects to foster youth entrepreneurship in the V4 and Eastern Partnership countries
● to introduce Youthpass
40 participants from V4 and Eastern Partnership countries.
During the Training Course will be used different activities and methods such as group works, video productions, role play games, simulation games, brainstorming, team building games, workshops, debates, Meeting with representatives of "Atinati"

My role in the team was co-trainer, meaning that I had to take part in designing programme during preparatory meeting, selection of participants, running sessions during the training itself, evaluation of the TC and input to the final report.
I worked on this training for 9 days days as a full time trainer.
