The methods used were oriented on gaining necessary information about the subject and to be used practically in workshops. Mainly the information/theory gained consist of seminars, provided by specialists on the concrete subject, including representatives of media and specialists on the discrimination issue. As well included individual work at home, meaning – preparing necessary information available at the concrete country and using it afterwards in seminars and workshops. And as an information gaining method the intercultural dimension and experience sharing were used, debates among the participants and some experts on the subject as well. Not only the theoretical information was provided, but also we were looking to practice by simulation games and analyzing case studies.
As concrete outcomes at the end of the training we edited a newspaper having topics linked with discrimination, edited a short Tv spot and created the motivation and skills for all the participants to continue fight discrimination in their countries.
