TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Ani Bochorishvili
The aim of the conference was to bring FLEX Alumni from different countries together in one place and provide them with resources and knowledge of how they could empower their communities back home. FLEX is Future Leaders Exchange Program, funded by US Department of State, Department of Cultural and Educational Affairs, and carried out by American Councils for International Education.
The target group of annual FLEXability involves alumni of FLEX program from Eastern European countries covered by the program. Trainers are also people from these respective several countries and a few American individuals from the office.
Since FLEXability is a conference held in an environment of international active alumni, conference style innovative seminars, highly interactive workshops based on co-working, idea generation and team-building, and discussion panels were the primary training methods used during the conference.
