Create a network between the different parties
Exchange practices and ideas between volunteers and mentors
Explore the possibility of new partnerships
Raise awareness of learning opportunities within EVS

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group consisted of 10 Greek EVS mentors and 10 international volunteers doing their EVS in Greece.

Training methods used & main activities

The methodology was based on non formal learning techniques offering the space for mutual learning, understanding and exchange of practices and ideas.
Tools such as world cafe, presentations, discussions, energizers were used.

Outcomes of the activity

The group had the opportunity to explore EVS from a different perspective and increase their understanding of its impact over its different stakeholders.
A network was created between the Greek mentors.
Awareness on learning processes was increases.
