Aims & objectives

Or main aim is to find bridges between past positive experiences of employability after EVS and new volunteers.
• To go deeper in every personal experience of employability after EVS.
• To reflect about the changes that EVS made in the life of the participants.
• To increase the reflection process of the learning outcomes that participants got during their EVS projects. And to see this reflection process inside their Youthpass.
• To discover what competences gained in the EVS have been important for participant’s employability.
• To provide participants ways and tools to increase the impact of their personal employability experience in their own countries.
• To motivate exEVS volunteers being multipliers of the YiA programme especially of the EVS learning experience and of the Youthpass as a tool for employability.
• To promote future projects, especially inside the YiA Programme about employability.
• To create tools to improve the future volunteers reflection process of their own EVS experience and learning process. And to share this tool with the NA’s of the YiA Programme.
