Aims & objectives

- Exchange of know–how and good practices on EVS management and mentoring,
- Improve methods on how to use EVS and Youth Exchanges as a tool for promotion for intercultural dialogue & Youth participation,
- Work on the possibility of using Youth exchanges for EVS promotion => Quality
- Promotion of Intercultural program to local youth and organisation,
- Develop close quality partnership for Exchanging EVS volunteers,
- Develop new partnerships: Youth Exchanges, Trainings, etc.

2) 20 participants from 10 countries: 1 participant was a youngster future participant to EVS or Youth exchange the 2nd participant was representative of the organisation.

3) Non formal learning methods: team building & energizers, Role play / Theatrical expression (EVS theater on: EVS selection, mentoring, crisis managment), Case study on concrete projects (how to develop a youth exchange, how to implement an EVS activity), Presentation (EVS public Fair), Training on musical & video workshop and carrying out a mini-project, visits and discussion of educative and associative organisation implementing EVS, communication exercies (between European partner, between EVS volunteer and host organisation).

4) For young future participants: better knowledge of EVS & Youth exchange projects, motivation to take part, motivation to take initiative
For organisation representative: training on EVS managment, meeting new partners, developping new projects

Youth workers and youth leaders involved in Youth exchanges and EVS projects.

Team building. EVS fair. EVS theater and role play. Local visits. Case study. Intercultural workshops. Open space.

Outcomes of the activity

Development of partnership projects: EVS and youth exchange. Better knowledge of youth in action program. Learning about new working methods of working with youth in youth exchange and EVS.
