Aims & objectives

To provide tools of digital literacy to educators and teachers of adults.
It was focused on the importance of knowing how to use digital tools on education and training and to provide methods to teach them.

Our organization works with education, so it is important to us to share these methods and provide practical digital tools to be used in daily basis and work.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The team was composed by 2 Portuguese Trainers and 1 Romanian. All worked together and shared tasks.

The group was composed by 16 international participants, from Poland, Romania, Turkey, Latvia, Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, U.K., Lithuania and Spain. Also 8 local Portuguese were participating.

Training methods used & main activities

Team building activities, visual games, learning by doing it.
One of the activities was about breaking sterotypes and prejudices. The name of the activity was "With whom would I live", were participants have to choose from a list of some stereotyped people, 5 to live with. After there's a debriefing and conversation about why to choose them and which stereotypes they encountered.

Outcomes of the activity

The outcomes were a big list of digital tools that all participants can use, from digital drawing, to audio editing, to work sharing and co-working online, creation of websites, etc..

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Trainer for the non-formal activities, especially about team building, getting to know each other, stereotypes, prejudices, interculturality.
Also, in charge of the communication and image of the project and the logistics (accommodation, material, transportation, etc.)

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
