Aims & objectives

The main aim is to enhance participants‘ knowledge about the process and outcomes of non formal learning and about assessing competences of young people with fewer opportunities and using different assessment tools in inclusive youth work.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Altogether, 25 people from Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy,
Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Albania, Romania, Latvia,
and Poland took part in the project.

Training methods used & main activities

All kind of training methods for non-formal learning was used during this training course e.g.
groupwork, project activities, case study, open space, group discussion, presentaion, use of the web application, personal consulting and mentorship, study visit, networking, intercultural exploration, free time talking.

Outcomes of the activity

Objectives are:
•To develop competence for supporting learning of young people with fewer opportunities
•To learn how to support and assess competences of young people
•To get familiar with different recognition tools, methods and approaches
•To exchange good practices about how these practices can influence the pathways (incl. employability) of inclusion target groups

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Member of the training team with all responsibilities e.g. team tuning, aim and objectives design, preparation of the programme, implementation of the sessions, daily debrief and final evaluation, reporting, youthpass process support.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
