Aims & objectives

The aims and objectives were to equip youth workers and future trainers in skills, approaches as well as attitudes in their work with youth. The participants were members, volunteers as well as coworkers of the organizations taking part in this project. This training helped them improve the work of the workers which in turns helps them fulfil their own goals and objectives.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group were youth workers from a number of countries such as Poland, Greece, Italy or Bulgaria.

It helped in creating a new set of ideas and inspirations for youth workers from across Europe. Along with that, of course, it served to create and strengthen international networks.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Introducing, briefing and practising a number of ideas and concepts of youth work, project management and participant issues. Along with that, coaching and guiding the participants through their set goals throughout and after the project.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
