The aim: To support youth workers/leaders with youth exchange experience in increasing the quality of future European youth exchanges organised within the ERASMUS+: Youth in Action.

The objectives for the ATOQ are:
1. Critically reflect upon their previous international youth exchange experience(s)

as: active participation of young people, cooperation with partners, intercultural

3. Experience a non-formal learning process and understand how to support young
people’s learning in the project;

The training course was open for voluntary and professional youth workers, working directly with young people, who organised and/or participated as a team member in at least one international youth exchange (which is completed) and plan to organise another within the frame of the ERASMUS+: Youth in Action.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I worked as trainers. My main task was to coordinate the use of Youthpass and support participants in using it.
During the training, I implemented sessions on: "Let’s begin non-formal learning"; Impact and Dissemination; Workshop on application writing; support in other sessions.

I cooperated with my colleague trainers, Elizabeth and Wim, in adapting and implementing the training.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
