Aims & objectives

The objectives of “Action 2 Learn” projects were:
To Identify EU and local youth volunteering trends, similarities, differences and challenges.
To Raise awareness on youth volunteerism and its associated benefits.
To Identify and promote common youth volunteering policies, strategies, and approaches for EU and neighboring regions
To Improve competencies of youth organizations and youth workers in supporting and facilitating youth volunteerism

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Denmark, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey.

Outcomes of the activity

The project raised participants' awareness regarding volunteering policies and approaches as well as promoting volunteering activities in different parts of Europe. Basing on the submitted reports to mobility tool as well as the written and unwritten evaluations conducted throughout the seminar, the project has been implemented succesfully.
