Work experience
Since 2017, I've been deeply engaged in youth work, both in Morocco and Germany. My journey began with 'My Skills,' an initiative that I created, to organize workshops for young individuals focusing on soft skills development. Later, I worked with a Dutch organization, organizing daily activities to empower local young people. After moving to Germany, I continued my passion for fostering understanding and unity. As a facilitator, I've led numerous training courses on diverse topics such as peace, human rights, combating hate speech, migration, gaming, European values, and volunteering. Presently, I'm committed to furthering these efforts with my current organization, driving positive change and empowerment within communities.

Educational pathway
My educational journey has equipped me with the essential tools for my work in training and youth development. From studying public law in Morocco, which sharpened my public speaking and argumentation skills, to completing a 200-hour social work training that opened my understanding of human needs, each experience has been instrumental. Participating in a British Council program on Social Entrepreneurship further my ability to analyze societal issues and find effective solutions. These experiences continue to guide and inspire my work, driving me to make a positive impact in training and empowering young individuals.
