Passion combined with competence, 17 years of working in the training field, and the experience as the Volunteer Training Coordinator for UEFA EURO 2012 are the guarantee of a high quality of my performance. Work experience

I was nominated as the Expert Trainer of the Pool of Trainers and Facilitators of Service Civil International (the Pool encompassing 42 countries) for the term between 2013 and 2016, and on the national level I am a member of the Polish Association of NGO Trainers (STOP). I am one of few (around 30) trainers in Poland to pass their certification procedures, including supervision of my trainings, and receive the STOP Training Quality Certificate (2nd level).
Besides, my role as the International President of Service Civil International (since January 2015) allows me to practise the themes and skills I train about, including intercultural learning, project and organisation management, leadership, and effective team work.

Between 2011-2012 I worked for UEFA as the Volunteer Training Coordinator, being responsible for planning, coordination and effective implementation of the training and motivational programmes for 3,000 volunteers who worked for UEFA EURO 2012 Football Championship in Poland. This was an incredible opportunity to practise many of my trainers’ skills and I am proud of the results of my performance.

In mid-2012 I returned to the job of a freelance trainer, and counted up to almost one hundred organisations and institutions I have worked for in the last 16 years, many of them as prestigious as UNHCR, the Polish Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and national and regional teacher-training centres. I have worked with numerous target groups, starting from 6-year olds and finishing with heads of pedagogical universities.
I run my own training company, Pracownia Interakcji.

In addition, in my life I have gained a lot of other practical experience: as a project coordinator, human resources coordinator, international workcamps organiser, and a humanitarian worker.

Educational pathway

Formal education:

2007 - M.A. in Sociology (Master’s degree program)
Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Poland, Faculty of Social Sciences
Topic of diploma dissertation: Perception of political refugees as strangers by young educated Poles
The studies covered all aspects of sociological thought (both micro- and macrosociology), social movements and non-governmental organisations, group behaviour, human resources management, introduction to psychology, methods and techniques of sociological research, public relations.

As a result of the training the 12 participants, including myself, received an exclusive licence to run a 2-day long training in the form of a strategic game on human resources management in NGOs.
