Work experience

20 years of experience in youth work in collaboration with various organizations and freelance work.

Implemented over 100 training courses, mainly international, but as well on the regional and national level in Spain. Main areas of expertise in the trainings are Human Rights Education, anti-racism and anti-discrimination education, invisible racism, microaggressions, inclusion, gender, Global Education, non-formal education, training of trainers, youth work, youth participation and empowerment, and trainings related with the Erasmus programmes and CES.

Managed over 30 long term projects (2-3 years) over past 10 years. Experience in project management, online and offline, development of educational materials, and evaluations.
