Freelance trainer and facilitator working mostly for Czech NA of Youth in Action Programme/Erasmus+ (since 2005)

Established and coordinated in its initial period The Pool of Coaches under NA.
Worked a lot with mentoring of EVS/Corps.
Compass manual trainer for NA, working in HRE field as well out of NA trainings network, searching and running my own projects in that field.
Among Others national pool member – teaching Intercultural competence at universities across Europe.
Involved in Interkultura.cz and SMOK - project on multi/inter-cultural education for highschool youth, providing training for teachers and school classes. Developing taylor made programmes.

Worked a lot with entrepreneurship of young people and social entrepreneurship + methods used to design and foster new business ideas and innovations (Human Centred Design, Design Thinking, Lean Start Up, Business canvas modelling - all practiced as well with NGOs and young people).
