Manage and coordinate international and local projects in the Erasmus+ non-formal education youth sector, including planning, logistics, communication, participant coordination, and overall delivery.

Lead and support the organisation of events, trainings, workshops, and community initiatives from preparation to implementation, making sure the process runs smoothly both for participants and the team.

Handled or monitored logistics, recruitment, and coordination for over 40 local events.

Took charge of project coordination, operations, logistics, communication, and design for Creathon, a 10-day international training course with 24 participants from 4 countries.

Managed, coordinated, and led operations and logistics for international Erasmus+ training courses and youth exchanges.

Supported the organisation and delivery of Videomakers 101, a 7-day training course with 25 participants from 6 countries.

Supported the organisation and delivery of Nonviolent Communication through Puppet Theatre, an 8-day training course with 32 participants from 7 countries.

Managed logistics and coordination for two editions of Young Muse, residential youth exchanges with 30 participants from 7 countries over 10 days.

Contributed to participant support, process flow, and the overall group experience during implementation.

Managed, coordinated, and led logistics for Dolna Malina Open Fest and Malina Open Fest, cultural festivals supported by the Gorna Malina Municipality.

Contributed to projects such as Young Muse I & II, Creathon, Authentic Food Authentic Connections, Eco-Roboteers, Videomakers 101, Nonviolent Communication through Puppet Theatre, EMC, and Language of Empathy.

Worked across facilitation, programme co-design, participant coordination, finance, design, logistics, prep, and implementation depending on the project.

Also wrote and designed the methodology “Pixels of Change” during my ESC volunteering, where I contributed as writer, designer, trainer, and mentor.

I also bring creative and embodied skills through photography, videography, editing, design, and massage therapy training, which all inform the way I work with groups, expression, care, and presence. On the technical side, I’m comfortable with WordPress, HTML/CSS, automations, and digital tools that support communication and project flow.
