Jan–Mar 2025 - ESC Volunteer in Check-In NGO (Portugal):

•Facilitated non-formal learning activities for kindergarten children, and senior citizens;
•Conducted educational sessions for Roma girls, raising awareness of the importance of continued education.

Jun 2025–present - ESC Volunteer in COSI (Romania) :

•Implemented 7 raise awareness campaigns each month promoting: human rights, solidarity, active citizenship, inclusion and opportunities for youth;
•Conducted and facilitated ten workshops, engaging 172 students from Bucharest;
•Managed social media platforms of the NGO, created visual materials;
•Co-organised and co-facilitated four Erasmus+ training courses for 97 youth workers from 38 countries.

•Developed personalized learning plans tailored to students’ proficiency levels, goals, and learning styles;

Bachelor in English Studies, University of Lodz (2021–2024):
- Specialized in Teaching English as a Second Language, linguistics, and cultural studies, with a year abroad at the University of Greifswald, Germany.
- This academic foundation gave me strong theoretical knowledge of psychology, language acquisition and teaching methodologies, which I now apply in teaching and incorporate into training work.

My volunteering experiences were not only opportunities to help and educate, but to also grow myself. Through facilitating under the supervision of more experienced trainers I designed and delivered workshops and non-formal sessions in various environments.
