I have designed and delivered over 45 international training programs and TOTs in areas such as Capacity Development, Humanitarian Response, Gender & Economic Empowerment, Intercultural Dialogue, and Social Entrepreneurship. This includes delivering 8 Erasmus+ projects in France, Poland, Denmark, and Spain, encompassing youth exchanges (YE), training courses (TC), and partnership-building activities (PBA). My work involves curriculum development, coordinating trainer teams, and promoting intercultural learning and organizational development.
