I believe learning starts outside of comfort zone, this is why I like to design learning processes focused on challenges we need to overcome for improving ourselves (building a better version of us), discovering new limits, learning new things, developing new competences.
Each one of us can find their own path, develop competences, discover passions, learn about themselves, have fun and enjoy each learning moment of our own life!
Alexey Philippov has 3 references for past work as a trainer.
Trainer at the Youth Inner Power
Since 2012, actively involved in the NGO sector. Was engaged in plenty of local, national and international youth projects. As a trainer worked in 20+ countries.
In 2012 I was a volunteer for the Russian ministry of youth, then I began to lead a project with volunteers, and in 2014 I became a trainer. The motivation to change in a better way society around me is a became key pillow for my life.
In February 2017 I had received widespread support from the Council of Europe. During 2017 I had implemented different projects: training of young people, conducted free classes for schoolchildren, introduced educational module "Civil rights", at the Russian Summer Camps for some 1000 students between the ages of 11 to 19. Together with my team, we enable youths to become active citizens who knew and stood up for their rights. In this regard, we support their initiatives related to inspire people around them to create different projects.
Just for the last two years, I conduct a number of prime meetings and activities for business, government, and NGOs. I have also received a trophy as the best Russian trainee for youth people in 2020 from the First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia.
In high school, my favorite book was about political technologies, so I studied a number of courses on public relations and then applied it for different industries. Firstly, it was just community support as a member of the Coal Company in the Kemerovo region; during that case, I had applied a number of tactics to change people’s perception. Then it was support for some mayors and in 2018 for a regional representative. During this time, I had a chance to work and study with the greatest people from FAO and the Council of Europe. In 2019, I spent a month in the European Academy of Diplomacy, where, together with other international postgraduate political students, I studied the features of election practices such as Trump campaigns from first-hand teachers. Last December I took apart as a speaker and facilitator in the APEC SME Summit, where I had to study a number of new techniques with Chinese best practices.
