REPORT from training course „YOUR TURN! Games in NFL” that took part in Kobuleti, Georgia (September 26 – October 04, 2015).
The report might be useful for those who are interested in using different types of games as a tool in education. It may be also an inspiration for implementation of similar activities.
This reports includes detailed, day by day description of a training course on GAMES in Non-formal education. Thanks to this training course participants could explore the concept of games and playing as a crucial opportunity for youngsers to learn and develop competencies that are required for young peoples’ active participation in society and also employment, to discover variety of games in different context, to become more aware of understanding of good quality NFL in the context of games, to develop skills in designing and implementing/facilitating games with high learning outcomes.
The project used wide variety of learning methods (games - activities enabling experiencing it by being a participant, various self-reflection methods, group work, discussions, interactive presentations, sharing the experiences, NFL activities designed by participants, creative workshops, etc.) - making the learning process as interactive, effective, fun and creative as possible.
