Manual
The handbook is a very comprehensive material (164 pages) introducing key concepts related to social and emotional competencies and identity forming and describing in detail activities on these topics to be used in youth work.
* To increase the capacity of youth organisations to address the mental health educational needs of young people in their communities.
* To facilitate the use of mental health education tools by youth workers around Europe.
This handbook is an intellectual output from the Strong Young Minds project, a two-years strategic partnership focused on innovation in education, proposed and designed by five organisations from Iceland, Romania, Spain and Portugal, from the fields of mental health and education, supported by the Erasmus+ program.
The main purpose of the project was to create non-formal tools and resources for the emotional, social and identity development of teenagers.
