Exercise
To get feed-back, comments and reactions on different aspects of the training course.
Describtion step-by-step:
1. Prepare sheets of paper with the items you want feed-back on written down. Put the papers on the floor. In the SALTO TC Inclusion Through Sports 2004 we had 4 sheets of paper: "What challenged me most", "What surprised me most", "The most useful things I've learned", My complaints and my suggestions".
2. Ask participants to write down their impressions, feelings, comments, reactions, etc. The writing should be done in silence (hence the name 'Silent Floor'). Participants cannot speak, but they can communicate in written form and comment on each other's comments.
Note: when having participants with reduced mobility (e.g. in a wheel chair) you could consider using a "silent table" or "silent wall" discussion to create easier access for them.
