SAVING THE EARTH STARTS WITH YOU – Green Goes Global Toolbox
This is a Toolbox made by participants of our training for youth workers Green Goes Global. Toolbox contains 10 comprehensive workshops scenarios about the
topics of natural commons, permaculture, climate change and zero-waste lifestyle.
Aims of the tool
The aims are to:
- raise knowledge about permaculture, zero waste, climate change and natural commons
- increase the ability of youth workers to organize activities for youth regarding green topics
Description of the tool
Toolbox contains 10 comprehensive workshops scenarios about the topics of natural commons, permaculture, climate change and zero-waste lifestyle:
1. Ecological bingo - how to know each other and break the ice?
2. Waste recycling and segregating
3. EcoGame for kids!
4. Emotions… Do you feel it?
5. Vegan home-made sweets in zero waste style
6. Nature meditation
7. Raised beds in permaculture style
8. Upcycle with nature!
9. Herb spiral!
10. Deep ecology
The aims are to:
- raise knowledge about permaculture, zero waste, climate change and natural commons
- increase the ability of youth workers to organize activities for youth regarding green topics
- sharing the examples of creative way to conduct eco-workshops
- build a sense of responsibility for the planet.
