The aim is to find more personal, sensitive and issue related evaluation of individual learning process.

Description of the tool

Firstly, talking in group about impressions of the day (during workshops and free time).Define 5-10 key words which express that day activities and facilitator take pictures of the process and final product of participants ideas inspired by key words. It is repeated every day with different groups. At the end participants present their work on a projector with explanations what they represent(what feelings and how is that conected to the topic of the certain day).While a group would present their photo conclusions the other participants had to challenge their work and ask questions and give critical opinion on their work.
