Manual
We made this brochure during the Erasmus plus project Motivate, inspire and dream in order to collect all non-formal tools and methods that our participants created during the TC.
Its aim is to help readers understand the traditional and modern motivation theories and to apply in their NGO and their work with volunteers the non-formal tools created by our participants during the TC in Bran, Romania.
This tool helps youth workers understand the importance of motivation tools for their NGOs' activities. The first part of the guide offers specific information about some traditional and modern motivation theories. The second part has non-formal tools that could be used to motivate volunteers and that volunteers' coordinators can use to better motivate their teams.
