Exercise, Presentation
To present essential information of their organisation
To keep presentations short and funny
Participants are asked to present only the essential information about their organisation. To do so, they can only speak as long as their match is burning.
You can add a difficulty by trying to pass on the fire to the next person\'s match.
You can vary time, by buying longer matches or using two matches per person
Have the fireman ready in case... or some cream for burns (used matches can be dropped in the ashtray or in a glass of water)

this game seems like an accident waiting to happen...
it is a very efficient way to keep it short and simple
I do like the exercise itself, but I used it after the course was finished and we evaluated it formally. All of participants and the trainers sat all together in the circle on the floor. Each of as took a match and wished something good to everyone or just expressed his/her feelings and after the match was burnt out they passed it to other person and it continued till all of us did the same.
I liked this ex. As the participants created the atmosphere of good mood and positive emotions!
