Description of the tool

The trainer asks participants to bring back the filled questionnaires and take a chair in the circle. Ask the participants the following questions:
•Sum up the training seminar in a few sentences;
•If you would have the chance to design this training course, what would you add or remove from the programme?
•Think of three very different people you will meet after this course; what you will tell them about it?
•What do you think you have gained from this course (just one sentence)?
•Do you have any other comments?
