Manual for organisation provides in depth reading and resources on how to become more inclusive organisations.
The main aim of the manual is to provide knowledge on how to turn your organisation towards being more inclusive, specifically providing tool for self assessment in that field.
Manual for organisation provides in depth reading and resources on how to become more inclusive organisations. It consists of five bigger chapters and glossary in the end - each chapter corresponding to questions: what is inclusive organisation, why do we need it, how do we open up a conversation about it and how do we plan it and implement it. As a part of the manual we also developed two self-assessment tools: one for the manager/directors of the organisations, and the other one for the whole staff. They can be used as standalone tools, parallely, by the whole staff or compartialised. Self assessment tools were tested by the 5 organisations in each country. All of these organisations were asked to share their good inclusive practises, which we gathered and included in the manual as inspiration for the others.
