Session outline about project planning, including a Power Point presentation.
Allow participant to develop their project planning skills.

Description of the tool

* Using the PowerPoint presentation, explain the basic principles of Project Management(30 min).
Participants are divided into groups of 5-6 and asked to develop a logical frame for a simple project concept (60 min)Presentation and feedback (30 min).
Based on the participant profile, you can use either one or both presentations to explain the importance of planning a project.
