“Be your own leader” is a project hosted by Association TEAM4Excellence and implemented with the support of a group of 7 international volunteers, under the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Programme.

Aims of the tool

The project aimed at increasing awareness and raising interest on critical thinking for young people.
Through non-formal education, we attempted to raise this awareness, so that they may make better choices which get them more involved in the community, boosting both their individual as well as their collective happiness and prosperity.

Description of the tool

From October 2019 to March 2020, we conducted a set of non-formal educational activities aiming at contributing to development of critical thinking and analytical skills of youth.

This manual summarizes the activities (workshops and exercises) organized during the project period.

- Vision board
- International quiz
- Au contraire
- Improve your School
- Fake or true
- You can’t judge a book by its cover
- Drama activity

The manual also includes an icebreaker and an energiser, which accompanied the activities.
