Exercise
To refresh people’s minds about what they have done during the training activity and take some distance (part of evaluation process).
* Ask participants to make themselves comfortable, either sitting down or lying on the floor, and to close their eyes. Put on soft background music. You ask the participants –in a smooth voice-to relax and to return in their ideas to the moment before the course.
When they started their journey to the training course. What they expected. Who they met. And then you remind them of all the relevant course elements, maybe with some questions or funny anecdotes here and there.
The aim is to make them refresh what happened in their own minds (eg for further evaluation).

Comments
In SALTO Inclusion "TC Rural",2007 the guided visualisation was supported by photos reflecting various elements of the training course. The idea of laying down on the floor sounds cool, there could be also photos on the sealing. Of course somtimes photos might distract personal "visualisation" and reflection on the programme. As always..it's about choices
