This brochure comprises examples of activities, articles, advice on recycling and reusing materials, and experiences of international volunteers on changing environmental behavior of rural population in Romania.
The aim of this brochure is to:
- raise awareness of the importance of environmental education through non-formal education for rural areas
- inform about the impact of careless human being on the nature and environment
- give materials on how to raise awareness about recycling for young people
This brochure was made from international volunteers who did a volunteering project in Romania, in a rural area. They are sharing through articles, experiences and stories, the impact of the environmental education on population non-familiar with recycling in a specific context.
You will be able to learn examples of non-formal activities on protection of environment; read articles about the exhaustible resources; learn how to build recycling bins; have tips & tricks on how to improve your daily life about recycling and protection of environment; or how to compost, and other environmental notions.
