Manual, Group Building Activity
5 scenarios of communication workshops were created by participants of the project “c/oM2UN1C@10N”.
Scenarios were tested in the high school of Lodi in Italy during the follow up meeting.
• creating an environment in which people feel free to connect which each other, share practical,
theoretical and cultural ideas and learn from the way things work in other countries;
• equipping the participants with advanced skills in communication, group leading and facilitation;
• assisting the participants in designing an evidence based Communication Skills Program for Youth
ready-to-use in their own country just after the project closure;
• facilitating the process of learning from each other and sharing the best practices.
The most important expected project impact is developing the communication skills in European and
non European youth. This will lead to building a more cohesive, cooperative and friendly society as
we strongly believe that effective, non-violent communication is a key social competence that
underlies all the other qualities such as cooperation, team work, self confidence, social self
awareness, ability to build and sustain valuable relationships.
What is also very important for us, that the knowlege in ready-to-use scenarious will stay in the
organisations, could be shared or public which means that we will use it in a future.
