Description of the tool

Decalogueing [120 min]

After the simulation activity is over and the tools have been analysed, impressions and experiences shared participants are asked to draw -as a group – a Decalogue of Dos and a Decalogue of DON'Ts addressed to conflict workers.
The rules should be in an importance degree and should not be one the opposite of the other and should contain a brief explanation. Moreover the disagreements, doubts should be marked. Participants should sit on a square table in order to give everyone the same importance status. [explanation 10 min]
The group retire [60 min]
Back in plenary the decalogues are explained and possible disagreements, doubts arisen. [50 min]
