To use enhance the assimilation of the knowledge and skills gained during the "simulating conflict" and the "Resolving conflicts" activities.

Description of the tool

 De-role [5 min]
Shaking hands, head… all muscles to make the characters get out of bodies
stay in circle, everyone should say name, surname and where he/she is in the moment.
Circle of deep breathing (3 times, in and out)

 Sharing experiences [30 min]
acting teams and their observers share their experiences

 Debriefing [55 min]
Participants sit again, but in different positions.
observers explain their task. All the groups explain the difficulties they encountered,, what they liked more…
discuss on the forms they have filled during the performances.
Discussion on the methodologies and tools used, their impact on them, their impression, their opinion of the possible usage and adaptation in conflict resolution.
