To finalise the performances and to put into practice the theoretical concepts on conflict.

Description of the tool

 Performing the plays [15 min each] based on the preparations of the participants. 10 min interval for setting change [40 min]
This is considered the FINAL REHEARSAL: it is important for the acting teams to understand what is good and what has to be improved in their work.
No outer element of disturb is given.
Explain the role of trainer/joker (assuring the rules are respected, correcting errors, permitting interferences and controlling them.)
The non- performing teams have to observe without commenting, interfering. They have to fill the form of conflict observation (HANDOUT 2 of "Resolving Conflict")

 The joker/trainer ask the acting teams to go back to the preparation of their plays putting the stress on the following elements:
o Was TIME respected?
o Were the SCENES clearly divided and made understood to the audience (is it needed to write papers with the name of the scene and pass with them at every scene change)?
o Were CHARACTERS well characterised (is it needed to play with voice, costumes..)?
o Was CONFICT well explained and represented (is more dramatisation needed?)?
Some suggestions also on theatre devices (shoulder, loud voice, clear pronunciation..)

 The teams go back to preparation/rehearsals [90 min]
 The observers go back to their task and keep observing the preparation (more causes of conflicts may be added, like tension..)
 The joker/trainer sits with every acting group analysing with them what was good and what should be implemented. Give some suggestion on techniques if needed.
