Ice-breaker, Group Building Activity, Name Game/Get to know each other
Raise awareness on the learning principals in culturally diverse groups and environments
1. Adopted version of the Mission Impossible (see the link)(30 min.).
2. When the music stops playing participants are asked if they discovered all the answers to the questions in the letter. If not people can clarify them by asking for the missing information. The questions in the letter is related to the different aspects of culture and people (see attachment) (15 min.)
3. The participants divide in the small groups of 4-5 people and get the task to be fulfilled in the venue. The task is related to the practical and cultural issues present in hosting country (see attachment). (30 min.)
4. In the big group people share the results and experience of fulfilling the task while one of the trainers is making notes for the point to be aware when learning in culturally diverse groups and environments. (15 min.)
