Name Game/Get to know each other
- Getting to know each other
- Becoming aware of one’s own stereotypes
Explain to the group, that the game is about guessing each others traits. When the music plays (choose some funky stuff), everyone is walking around like in the city, playing being strangers to each other. When music stops, the participants have to seek a partner to talk to. Announce one question at a time. Participants in the pair have to guess about each other. Questions can be like the following: what the person in front of you likes to eat? Likes to do in the leisure time? What would be the country s/he would love to travel to? What kind of sport s/he likes mostly? Etc. After a 2-3 min. start another round with music, everyone is walking around and after it stops, you begin with another question.
