Aims of the tool
The report describes the context of the training course "Identify (with) your wellbeing" and contains reflections and impressions of participants included in the training course. This report can also be used as an inspiration for developing programmes with similar topics.
Description of the tool
This reports includes detailed description of the background and the need for developing a training course that aimed to explore connection between sexual orientation and gender identity and wellbeing. Thanks to this training course participants could explore these concepts by going to an intense "personal journey" about their beliefs, limits, potential and identity, and has supported them to become more open, self-aware and empathetic.
What is more, this report includes participants testimonials and well known tool for explaining difference between sexual orientation and gender identity - GenderBread Person.
