EVSification manual - is a tool dedicated to volunteer coordinators that are active in EVS sector, in order to help them raise the quality in their work with international volunteers.
Aims of the tool
The tool aims to equip volunteer coordinators with the needed knowledge and clarifying practical information, in order for them to be able to successfully manage volunteers in an international context.
Description of the tool
The EVSification Manual - volunteer management in EVS projects was created as part of the EVSification project, a Strategic partnership between Centrul de Voluntariat Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Centrum dobrovoľníctva (Slovakia) and Fundacja Edukacji i Rozwoju Społeczeństwa Obywatelskiego (Poland). All three organizations are active in the field of volunteering in general and EVS in particular. The partners have an extensive experience in EVS volunteer management, the main topic of the project.
