This is the summary of the Erasmus + Training Course "Keys to Employability - Soft skills development for empowering young people" that was implemented in September 2015 in Armenia.

Aims of the tool

The summary aims at equipping youth workers and young leaders with practical tools and methods for enhancing soft skills demanded on the labor market.

Description of the tool

The summary includes tools that were developed by 28 youth workers and young leaders during the first training course from the series "Keys to Employability". All the tools can be used for promoting soft skills that are useful for young people entering a labor market, such as team building, team work, leadership, communication and others.

Additionally, the summary includes contact details of all the participating organizations along with the description of the project ideas developed during the open space sessions that can be used for networking.
